Premium Problem

Premium Problem

Hello, I have recently upgraded to premium (again) and it prompted that it was not available in my region. I live in the United States and I did this through the app on my iPhone. I then went to settings and it said I will get my first month December 1st, rather than November 1st(The day I got my premium A.K.A today) It says I am still paying 12.99 in my subscriptions but I do not have premium. Thank you.
P.S: I have a photo but I can't seem to figure out how to upload it.
