My Question or Issue

I have not gotten any replies to my issue here (for now the 3rd day). I know that this is a volunteer site and I appreciate their support, but is there any way to get a Spotify employee to answer my question? I am tired of not getting an answer to my issue. I want to play these offline songs on my IPad.

I have no problem waiting on the phone if I know I can get an answer that will resolve the issue.

TIA

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Could you also try updating to iOS 12.1.4 if your iPad supports this verion of iOS?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Also, what do you mean about not getting replies for the 3rd day? Did you try to contact Spotify through email?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

I posted 3 times on the forum with the problem. No response yet. I wrote
a different subject (this one) and this is the first response that I got.

I deleted and reinstalled the app on my IPad. However, when I go to
install it on Windows 10, I get this error.

When I do a right click on SpotifySetup, I see these choices : Open and
Run as Administrator. Neither worked and gave me the same error. I am
now stuck. Why would it give me that error? Using a normal account? What
the heck is that?

Hey @leefoo,

Just to confirm, your Windows 10 device is having issues, right?

Could you try to attach a screenshot of the error message?

Thanks 🙂

As a last resort, I ended up opening it from my Firefox Browser and it worked. I have no idea why it didn't from the d/l file on my PC. But, bottom line is that I got it installed. Thx.

That's great news!

I'm happy that it worked out!

If you need help with anything else please let me know 🙂
