Premium account not activating

So I had a premium membership but due to some billing problems I had to renew my membership manually, this caused the subscription to be activated one month later, and since that was the 19th of december, that would mean the account would have come back today, but no change, still a free member, and I already logged out and back in, and erased the app and installed back, and nothing, so I would like a little help, I love the service
