Premium account random songs not playing offline

Okay, so i've read a few forums and still not finding answers to my issue. I have an iPhone, have no memory issues and have not maxed 3,333 songs on my phone. The playlists or albums I download to the phone when I go offline still doesn't play. When I go back online, the song will start playing. Some songs end at 2 seconds left and don't move on to the next. I have a feeling it's just certain songs, but it's frustrating because the playlist stops every other few songs. Not fun when I'm running. I think it's Spotify and not my phone. The biggest perk of Premium is to be able to listen to playlists offline so I cannot suck up the data on my phone account. I've had two months where I went over my data amount and had to pay extra and think it's this reason alone. Help!

Hey @jfarinosi,

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

It may be unrelated but, you should keep an eye on the offline devices listed for your account here. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂
