Premium doesn't work on iPhone

Premium doesn't work on iPhone

I upgraded my Spotify to Premium, but on the Computer. I closed and opened the app again on the iPhone, logged in and out, tried to delete and install new, but on the app it still says Abonnement "free"

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

Username/ID: xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

You can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

and also check your receipts here:

https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/

If you're still having issues.

 

The reason why you can't buy Spotify Premium with iTunes money / through App Store is because there is an Intro Offer, in this case it's the 3 months for 0.99.

 

Spotify tweeted about this:

(I believe that, that would be why it hasn't been working.)
