Premium not working on iphone

Premium not working on iphone

Hi, 

 

I recently bought a subscription but my iphone 6 still says that I am a free user. My browser says otherwise. Any ideas on how to fix this?

There is currently a problem that is causing premium to not activate.

This should be fixed soon.

Dear henryTam,
I'm so sorry to hear this. To fix this, uninstall the Spotify app and reinstall. Then log in and it should say you are premium.

i am still getting that i am free account when i have been premium for 2 years, tried all suggested fixes and nothing, i am not happy as use off line everynight when training and need sorting. Support is useless just pointsb to forum and no solution
