Premium subscription not updating

Premium subscription not updating

Hello,

 

I previously had Premium for family, the credit card associated with the account was lost, and the account switched to free due to payment issue. We fixed the payment, reinstated the Premium for Family subscription, but it will not update on my phone. I have logged out, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. When I log in on desktop, it shows the Premium for Family subscription. Help! Phone is an iPhone 8 plus.
