Premium upgrade not on phone

I upgraded to premium but it still does not work on my iPad or iPhone. It says only premium members....
I tried to re-download the apps and it still isn't working.
A little help would go a long way

Hi! Welcome to the community! Sometimes Spotify's servers are slowed down by multiple upgrades at once so it may take some time for your account to update its subscription status on all devices. Speaking of, how did you create your account (Facebook /Email)? Please make sure you use the correct credentials. 

Also, have you tried Troubleshooting Spotify on iOS?

I signed in with Facebook but have been able to sign in with spotify details as well.

And I assume that when you use your e-mail adress as your login and then your username as your login it says that you need to be premium to use this app either way, right? Try logging in using your FB credentials and then by your username. Let me know if this works for you.

anthonyamedei - Could you try logging into your phone with the username 'anthonyamedei' and your Spotify password? Are you seeing your Premium now?

Hi, my premium uppgrade shows on my account here, but doesn't work on my phone, can't loggin via facebook either, so i haven't been able to try that, any ideas?

Looks like your Premium subscription is on your Facebook-connected account. What happens when you try logging in with your Facebook details on your phone? Any error messages?

I get to logg in, but as soon as i have done so it tells me that the page isn't available. Can i switch, so that i get to logg in via my spotify details instead?
