Premium works but not showing on iPhone

Premium works but not showing on iPhone

Hi, 

I have recently bought a family premium, through PC I have add others and the premium on their phones and on my Mac works fine. But when I try to open it on my iPhone SE it still shows that I have spotify FREE. Could you help me please?

Well, it looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps 🙂

Thanks for reply but I already tried that, I have only one account. When I tried to log off from pc on every device it logged me off even on the phone. And the ID of the account is same everywhere.

Hey @Jbockova, that's odd.

 

Do you use Facebook to log in? What if you try to log in the web player in your phone's browser -- does it work?
