Previous Track goes back to original song

My Question or Issue

Hi,

When i finish a playlist and it plays related songs if i try and go back to the previous track it just goes back to the last song on the playlist on the not the previous song.

Hey @ash651, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Let's see what's going on. 

When I play all my songs on my playlist, it doesn't play any more songs or recommended songs after the last song in that playlist. Although, when I go back to previous tracks, it works just fine. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

Also, the latest iOS version for your iPhone XR as of 5/22/20 is iOS 13.5. It is good to update your device since that can also fix some common issues. You can do so by going to Settings > General > Software Update. 

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot or screen recording of what is happening when you try to go to previous tracks in the app? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
