Problem logging in

I just re downloaded Spotify on my new phone and every time I click log in nothing happens on the app is this a bug or am I doing something wrong

Help's at hand. To check, could you reinstall the app for us first?

Once you've done that, go to the login screen on the app. Make sure you're filling in your correct username and password. Or, if your account's connected to Facebook, be sure to click 'Log In With Facebook'.

If you're still experiencing this, let us know:

• The make and model of your iPhone
• Your iOS version
• Your exact app version
• What connection you're on when trying this
• A screenshot of the error message / the screen where you can't pass the login page
