My Question or Issue

When I’m pressing Play, either on a playlist I made either on whatever playlist I have one of  these both situations :

- add appearing but stays black and nothing happens

- add playing until the end then the whole playlist running on extra fast mode (like in 1-2 secs) at the low of the app then nothing playing music

Thanks for reaching out via the Community!

 

As this could be related to some damaged cache I recommend that you give Spotify a clean reinstall with the steps here. It often helps resolve different performance issues.

 

On another note, it would be great if you could test with a different internet connection on your mobile device and even log in to your account on another device to let us know if the same behavior persists when you get ads. If it's possible you could ask a relative or a friend for their mobile device.
