Problem with Extreme Quality on iPhone app

Problem with Extreme Quality on iPhone app

Description

I just became Premium a few days ago because I want to use the Spotify iPhone app wherever I go without adverts and with good sound quality but I in my app settings the streaming quality for Extreme and Playlist quality also in Extreme but sound seems Normal or even Low quality on both streaming and offline playlist.

 

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. On the Mac Desktop app settings I checked the High Quality 

2. Checked off and on (offline playlist) so it would re-sync

3. On iPhone settings I cleared my cache and cookies as said by the Sticky Spotify post (B) and re-downloaded the Spotify app

4. Went on to the app and selected Extreme Quality on both Stream and Sync, songs synced and I listen to some songs

5. Went to playlist and once again I check off/on for the offline playlist 

6. Nothing happened so I went to Music Quality once again to see what would happen if I selected the High quality on sync and back to Extreme and a pop-up message saying that my playlist has already been donwloaded in Lowbandwith quality and if I wanted to re-download them in High Quality, I click re-sync but nothing happens and quality remains the same (low quality sound).

  

I'm using Wireless internet at home.
