Problem with Log In to MY account

Problem with Log In to MY account

Hi,

 

I have a facebook account associated with spotify and an email-associated one. I got a new phone so I had to reload spotify on my phone and everytime I log in to my phone with my email, it loads the details from my facebook one! My playlists, songs and recently listened to are from the facebook one. I tried listening to my spotify on my computer and then opening spotify on my phone just to confirm/jog the connection but when I opened my iphone, it didn't recognize that I was listening to it on my computer. Therefore, it seems that the account in my iphone is really the facebook one EVEN IF I logged in with the correct email address and information.

In this case, we'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this. You can contact them via Twitter, Facebook, or email:

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
