can't upgrade to premium

Try upgrading through the Spotify page ( https://spotify.com/upgrade/ ) it's cheaper than iTunes.

Sorry to hear about this problem. It could be a problem with the PayPal website and mobile browsers.

Can you try subscribing to premium with PayPal using a computer?

Where IS the solution? The only solution you give is a link to "upgrade to premium" page from which i could not upgrade in the first place?

I added a screenshot of what i see every time i click to upgrade (no, i don't need to wait a bit more (unless everyone is waiting for something to load for days)). Can someone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it? (i've tried many different ways, i've clicked everywhere, etc. - i have no problems with internet connection)

this same thing is happening to me i agree to pay via paypal and it just loads the page where you decide how you want to pay? my paypal summary isnt even being charged

@charlieb2910, @AmZil, the solution is the one of the thread because the first user was having problems with in-app purchases.

I suggest trying to subscribe with another browser, incognito mode or cleaning cookies and cache.

I have the same problem as AmZil and i see the exact same thing as he does.
I want to start premium, but it loads infinitely. Clicking on another payment method wont help.
I tested it in Firefox, Google Chrome and in firefox incognito mode 😞

So you're telling me that I spent $15 on an iTunes gift card that I can't use. Ugh, I don't have a credit card so I guess I'm screwed huh?

I have the same problem as JennaL where I bought an iTunes giftcard to use to purchase spotify premium, except spotify won't let me purchase it through the app. I will click on account where it says free and nothing will happen. I was also trying to do this before the 3 months for .99 cents offer ended but it ends today. Very disappointed.

This is happening to me too. All they told me was to try in incognito mode and it did nothing. Completely unhelpful

it finally worked for me, when i tried it on another PC, but dont know why...very strange
