Olha estou bem decepcionado com os serviços Spotify pois já por várias vezes tentei efetuar a compra do serviço mas simplesmente após digitar todos os dados a página volta para digitar de novo e nunca efetua a compra, estou quase desistindo.

In this case, can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? Does that help at all? Also, could you check if your payment card meets these requirements?

I did that you say pq didn´t work, there is a another way to do this
