Public playlists not showing on public profile

I am following public playlists, including playlists "by Spotify", but none of them are showing in my public profile.

Why is that?

Hi Hendmele! Welcome to the community!

To make a playlist show up on your profile, you'll need to right-click a playlist on your desktop and then click 'Make Public'. Then it will show up on your profile. I attached a screenshot to make it a little bit clearer.

This makes no sense. Spotify should fix this.

I don't use spotify on my desktop, only on my phone.

I should be able to do this from my phone.

It's possible to make your own playlists public on your phone. Just click the three dots in the upper-right corner and click 'Make public'. On your phone this is only possible for playlist you have made yourself.

But spotify should fix this, I think this is a issue.

This function is too simple to be available only on desktop version.
