Radio stuck on loading symbol - ios 5.1.1

The spotify radio will not load on my iphone 4s running 5.1.1 nor will it give me the chance to search within the Radio tab of the app.  I'm running on AT&T 4G

I have tried with no success:
Launch radio from playlist

Launch radio from single song

Close all background apps

Re-install on the iphone

Hard Reset of the iphone

The app will play my playlists and other search music with no problem but the Radio just doesn't want to get passed the loading screen.  The radio works fine on my wife's iphone.

can't find a way to have the new radio feature working on my iPad 2.

currently running iOs 5.1.1 and Spotify 0.5.2, device was rebooted and app un- then re- installed

the app works properly except the radios, the radio tab would only show an infinitely rolling wheel.

are some other users experiencing the same trouble ? a clue, anyone ?

I have the same issue, although only when I am using 3g, the radio works fine over wi-fi. (using iOs 5.1.1)

Same here, but only on ipad 2. On iphone 4s it works fine...

Hey!

IJeff06 - The Radio isn't compatable with the iOS6 beta at the moment.

For everyone else, I'd recommend logging and then back in - hopefully that should get things up and running.

Didnt work. Tried to reinstall the app 2 times, didnt work neither...

I don't know why this was marked as a solution, the issue still remains. 

I can verify it works on wifi, but does not work over 4g.

This didn't help me either... Tried logging out and in again, also with restarting the app in between, both did not work.
As, at least for me, it is working over wifi and I only have the issue with 3g, it seems like it might have something to do with an offline mode setting (although I have the offline mode turned off). But this is just an educated guess...
Anyways, I hope a solution for this issue is found soon as I was looking forward to use the radio function at work (where I cannot use the wifi with my mobile)

Same here. No radio over 3G. Works fine on wi-fi.

My using iPhone 4 (5.1.1) and can NOT use radio over 3G, its stuck on loading screen.  It works fine on Wifi, but 3G is a dead screen with a loading synbol.

I wish they can fix this soon.  Radio not working over 3G is useless for a mobile device.

My radio worked the first day one my iphone ios 5.01 then yesterday started having problems and today all I get is the loading symbol. I hope they are just overloaded and can fix this soon. I hope this isn't something thats going to continue because Spotify didn't account for all these new free users consuming all the bandwidth, etc. I have been a paying customer since the beginning..I really like Spotify ....and will give them a few days to get this straightened out. Oh and its not working on 3g or wifi.

iPhone 4 with 5.1.1 and over both 3G and Wifi radio just sits on the loading screen forever.

Have even tried removing the app completely and reinstalling, and many reboots, will not work at all

Having same problem.  Signed up on friday and it worked for a few hours.  Ever since then, it keeps showing loading symbol.  Ipad 2, wifi, IOS 5.1.1

Hmm, it's strange that it appears to be working just fine for some people over wi-fi but not for others. I'll escalate this to our team of top men and see what can be found out.

please make sure they review the fact that it is not working on 3g or 4g for the majority of us in this thread.

For me It works fine on Wifi, but doesnt get pass loading screen when using 3G on my iPhone 4(5.1.1)
