Spotify, iOS Playlists and BMW Support...

Hi-

I have a question on upcoming features for a even better integration of Spotify in iOS. I know there are plenty of messages and threads on Spotify BMW integration. My questions however are somewhat different and I haven't found a satisfying answer yet.
Background: I am a big Spotify fan and would love to enjoy Spotify in my BMW. The car is only 5 years old but there is no hope for updates that will integrate Spotify accordingly. Even the current models have no full support. What's possible is to use the existing USB connection and a iPhone to start, stop, forward and backward in the current Spotify playlist. The car OS/Dashboard however only displays Playlists, Albums and Artists of the songs that are registered through the iOS native Music Player application.

So my question is if it is planned to also include Spotify Playlists in a way so they appear as 'general' playlist like with the iOS Music player?
Have any iOS developers thought about this in depth? Might there even be a way to patch a jailbroken devices to provide this functionality?

It be great if I could get your opinion on this. I am looking for a solution for this for quite some time and it seems that there is a huge community waiting for something like this to become available. It be great to hear your opinions...
