Random pausing

Every time I shuffle my playlist or just listen to a certain song, it plays the first 2 seconds of the song and then pauses it's self this also happens in the middle of songs. I have my headphones in and have an iPhone 6s with Spotify premium. I don't have the playlists downloaded and I'm used 4G could that be something to do with it? I've already tried logging out on all devices, deleting the app and reseting my phone!

Thanks for letting us know that you've tried logging out on all devices and resetting your phone. To confirm, did you follow these steps fully when attempting to reinstall the app?

Does this happen over WiFi as well as 4G? Does it happen on more than one WiFi connection, if you're able to test that?

It'd also be useful to know if this happens when you're not directly plugged into headphones. Does it also happen over Connect, or direct from the mobile?
