BMW Connected Drive spotify shows up but does not play

I have no option to start a new post, so posting a comment here instead

This is regarding the new mobile app update you guys pushed to iOS yesterday, spotify kept crashing for atleast 45 minutes, thought my phone was bust but it was the latest update's fault

Now the rant,

1. Sack the product owner who came up with the idea to get rid of the repeat(loop) button in the mobile app

2. Sack the business analyst who approved this requirement

3. Run a query in your database for how many users use the repeat\loop button before making a daft decision like removing it completely

4. BRING BACK THE LOOP\REPEAT button in the iphone app, some users absolutely hate the shuffle button. Consider these users before making drastic changes to your mobile app again.
