Keep getting logged out and downloads deleted

Same thing keeps happening to me but on iphone. Any answers?

Just to confirm, you're being logged out of your account after restarting your device and your downloads are being removed? If that's the case, try reinstalling the Spotify app and make sure that Background App Refresh is enabled for it in your phone's settings. Also, make sure you have enough free space available.
