Red circle next to a creator of public playlist

So I was looking for some film music, when I found some interesting (for me) public playlist, but noticed a red coloured circle next to the creator of it, containing the number 1, which I have never seen before on any platform. Clicking on it leads to the user who created it, but no explanation whatsoever, everything looks normal. Any ideas what does it mean? Running on iPhone 11 with latest OS and app versions prior to writing this. Tried searching for this, but could not find any similar topics.

It looks like that is a profile picture based on the username which starts with a ‘1’. You can edit your profile picture with these steps: https://newsroom.spotify.com/2020-03-10/how-to-customize-and-share-your-spotify-profile/. Let me know if that helps! 🙂
