Red exclamation mark next to certain songs; unable to download to offline.

I've been an avid Spotify user for about a year now. I've never had any problems with it before until now. I've been trying to download certain albums/songs to my offline playlists and they will not save and have a red exclamation point next to them. I used Spotify from my iPhone and Mac. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and still the same problem. I've read that it could be an issue with space and such. Someone please help!

Hi @Ashley024 It could definitely be a space issue. How much free space is available on your iPhone? 

We recommend at least 1GB in order to sync playlists.

Had the same problem, try at your Mac: - Delete all songs from "My songs" (Backup them to a Playlist first) - Close Spotify - Go to your cache folder - delete your cache Folder - Start Spotify - Add songs to "my songs" again - done worked for me, hope this helps
