My Question or Issue

Another Friday morning and when I switch from my mobile to desktop, my sound is not plating. I check my release radar and the album cover is updated to show the top artist of the new week, but the track list remain the one for the old week. So now I can only play Release Radar from my phone.

Worse still today, even when I restart my spotify, the track list did not update itself (Restart used to work before).

Please fix. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here.
 

If the tracks in your Release Radar are not updating it's a good idea to try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates. 

 

In case you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check your hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
