Resetting my account and password

Guys, please help me. I forgot my first account's password and now I'm trying to reset it, I forgot my username. Please help me. It's a premium account. I can't pay 2 accounts. Reply ASAP. 😞

Hi @baugbogrose17. You should be able to use either your username or email to reset your password. Give it a quick try and see if you can remember the email you used, as that'll be the quickest way. You can give the reset a try here.

If you are unable to do so, or continue experiencing difficulties, no worries. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
