I upgraded to premium on my tablet but it isn't updated on my iPhone why and how can I fix this

Have you tried logging out of your iPhone account and logging back in so it updates?

 

If this doesn't work you could try reinstalling the app on your iPhone, these are the recommended steps:

 

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold the Spotify icon until it shakes.
  2. Tap the X symbol on the icon.
  3. Open the App Store then search for and install the Spotify app.

Donโ€™t worry about losing your favorite songs - all your playlists will be waiting for you when you sign in again. Youโ€™ll just need to redownload any previously synced music.

Have you tried signing in again on your phone? If it doesn't work you should probably contact iTunes Support and verify if your pay went through.
