Saving albums, Spotify starts downloading to offline...

Hi folks!

I use iOS 9 on an iPhone 6.

When I "save" an album, Spotify immediately starts downloading to "available offline".

Those little green arrows are starting to show up.

When the album is downloaded, undoing the "available offline" with the toggle switch is not possible, the songs are still available offline.

Some might think this is a nice feature, but I would rather have the possibility to manually make the albums available offline later.

The reason for this is of course that Spotify uses a lot of memory on my iPhone this way.

Any suggestions/solutions?

For your information, I have been in contact with Spotify support, and the only solution they could offer was to delete the Spotify app on my iPhone, and then reinstall it. Things are now working as they should, but my offline lists are off course gone... Here is Spotifys answer:

Upon digging deeper, it looks like the offline feature got a little confused during the installation/syncing with the new iOS. 

How about a quick reinstall? Here's a quick guide. 

That should get you all set up and back to normal again. Let us know how it goes! We're just an email away if the problem still persists. We'll be glad to dig in deeper if need be."
