Saving albums for availablity Offline

Saving albums for availablity Offline

Hi,

Having recently joined Spotify Premium, using an iPhone 6, I am finding issues making my albums become available Offline.

I have tapped the button for available offline, my albums all have white arrows against them but not not green.

How can I make this happen?

Thanks

Does this help?

From the help guide in the help section:

  1. With an active Internet connection, select a playlist.
  2. Tap Available Offline to ON at the top of the playlist.

  3. A green arrow will appear next to the playlist when it’s available.

  4. Turn on Offline Mode in Settings > Playback and tapping the switch at the top.

You can also sync albums saved in Your Music the same way.

Remember to disable offline mode the next time you want to stream. You can sync a maximum of 3,333 songs per device and stay offline for up to 30 days. Enjoy!

Thanks for this, even with an active internet connection the white arrows are still not turning green.....

So what is the next step to acheive offline activation of albums?

The albums all play online and have downloaded but not work offline.....

Please help!
