Saying offline on new iPhone x

Saying offline on new iPhone x

I have a new iPhone X, but Spotify keeps saying it’s offline when I have full WiFi signal. This never happened on my old iPhone 7. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling twice but it doesn’t help. This has been going on for 5 weeks. What am I paying for if it doesn’t work? 

Can you please tell me what to do to fix?

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling the app. Could you send me a screenshot of the error message that's being shown? Also, if there is another wifi connection you can connect to, try doing that to see if the same issue happens there.
