Says I have reached max download number. I have a total of 4 albums & about 40 songs download. Help?

Hi there!

I keep getting the message about maximum download number! What's weird is that I have only 4 albums downloaded? Definitely not 3,333 songs. I pay for premium -- any one have any thoughts? Thanks!

It sounds weird, but logging out on the app, restarting the device and logging back in might help.

In case it's not, I would suggest reinstalling the app. Reinstalling gives the app a new lease of life; fixing many common issues you may be experiencing.
