Search button gone...

Its just gone... Only noticed it was gone this morning.

Quite like searching for music so any help getting it back is greatly appreciated!

As far as I know it should still be there. Have your tried to restart your iPad and to reinstall Spotify?

This may be an A/B test that you have been unfortunately caught up in (I have seen a few other threads that have mentioned disappearing Search buttons on the iOS app). 

First thing would be to try the usual troubleshooting steps of logging in/out of the app, and deleting and reinstalling the app.

My suggestion would be to lodge a support ticket through here and see if they can do something about getting it back for you. If you get an automated email as a response, apparently you need to reply to it to proceed further.

See how that goes!

Just update Spotify... I had the same problem, but now it works fine. 🙂

Well, I just downloaded Spotify and opened an account but the "Search" button is nowhere to be found. The Home page is an assault on the senses with aggressive adverts to sign up for a Premium account and lots of useless information...but no clear way access MUSIC. Terrible design.
