Search returning no results

My search has been returning no results for the past couple weeks. Mobile only. iOS. It gives me the "try again" button no matter what I search for. I seem to be able to stream music on playlists that isn't synced so I don't think it's a connectivity issue. Also no other applications on my phone have any connectivity issues. My spotify is up to date as is my phone (iphone 5s). What's going on?

Also can somebody direct me to a phone number, email, or live chat system? I can't seem to find them. I'm paying for this service which isn't working and I can't seem to find anybody from spotify to talk to about it. The "contact us" just directs me to the help base (which obviously is no help) and here. Do spotify employees manage this place or am I just getting punted around here?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
