Searched songs won’t queue and can’t be played by clicking them

Searched songs won’t queue and can’t be played by clicking them

When I try to search a song and queue it, it won’t appear in the queue. Neither will any song I try to queue. They also can’t be played from the search tab

Thanks for reaching out.

 

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

  • Your device mode, OS version and Spotify version.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
  • Does the issue persist on other devices using your account or on your device using a different account?

I’ve noticed that queued songs will show up in the queue, but if you pause and then re-enter the app - the queued song will have disappeared. 
This is incredibly annoying!

Thanks for the reply. 

 

The described behavior was being investigated in this ongoing issue thread, but it was fixed not long ago. Could you make sure you're running the latest app version? Do you experience the same after the update? What's the version number you're using?
