Shuffle Play won't play anything

Shuffle Play does not work. It has never worked. Not one song. After I press it, it says at the bottom "devices available", I check to see that my iPhone is selected. It is. But no music. Any ideas?

I've seen this thread before but the only replies I've seen is asking them to re-install the app, restart the phone, or log out/in again. Nothing works

I would try either logging out of your account from the app and relogging in.  Also I might try logging into your account on another device to see if it's a problem with your device or your account.

Tried logging out and in when I downloaded the app again, and between downloads. No luck, unfortunately. I don't have another IOS device to test on. Thanks for the help though.
