Shuffle automatically turns on after I’ve turned it off

I’ve seen a few of these issues posted and tried the solutions given but the issue is still happening for me.

I’ve noticed that if I’m listening to an album with Spotify premium and wanting to hear it straight through in order I am unable to. The first song will play and then skip all over the place. Yes, I’m aware of the shuffle button. I turn it off, the song plays and sure enough when it’s done it goes to a song other than the next one on the album/playlist. When I look again the shuffle button is highlighted green and turned on. I’ve tried logging out and back in. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again. I’ve turned my phone off and on and the problem still persists. I’m about ready to cancel the account and head to Pandora unless someone can help me.

I am having the exact opposite issue and it's DRIVING ME CRAZY.  I turn shuffle on and press next and it just plays the next song instead of shuffling to something else.  I've uninstalled and re-installed.  Someone help!
