Shuffle mode doesn't work in the car

  Shuffle mode doesn't work in the car (Mazda CX 5 2014, bluetooth)
  
  When I press the next track button, the shuffle mode turns off and the next track in the the list turns on.
  
  I have tried: reinstalling the app, resetting the car and iPhone, and so on.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

Can you try logging out, restarting your phone, and logging back in? It's also worth restarting the app twice in a row. This may sound odd, but it's how the app does a resync.

If this doesn't change anything, can you let us know if the Shuffle works fine on your phone when not connected to the car?

Additionally, can you try with another type of connection, like USB or AUX cable, and let us know if this behavior persists?

I have this same issue as well on the Android version of the app.  My shuffle will work fine under normal circumstances, even while connected to listen through other devices. 

However if I am connected to my car via bluetooth, even if I do shuffle all Liked Songs, it seems to not maintain the shuffle and will default to playing the next song in Liked Songs.  From there even if I manually try to select the shuffle feature, it will not let me select that option and seems to default to the repeat function instead.
