Shuffle play is playing the same loop of songs

My Question or Issue

 Every time I press shuffle play on any of my playlists, it plays the same loop of songs. I'll play a playlist and then a couple hours later shuffle play the same playlist and the same exact songs come on in the same order. How do I get shuffle play to actually shuffle the songs?

I have the same problem just keeps resetting to the top of my playlists every time same song same order and all the songs it plays are at the very top of my playlist.

what are the odds I skip 6 times and it played song number 1 3. 5 2 7 out of 260 songs
