My Question or Issue

I am not able to shuffle my Liked Songs playlist anymore. Just had green play button and shuffle symbol but not shuffling the playlist regardless of whether the shuffle symbol is green or not.

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
 

On another note, can you send us a video recording of what you mentioned? Please attach the videos in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload them to YouTube or Google drive and make them public, so we can visualize them.
 

Lastly, would you mind letting us know the exact Spotify version you've installed?
