Shuffle problems - at least on iPad

Shuffle problems - at least on iPad

The shuffle algorithm (at least on the iPad) has a bug. I have several playlists, and I can choose one, press shuffle, and then a song from another playlist will be shuffled as part of the selection (i have double checked that the song is NOT on the playlist I've chosen), further, I am not sure but I think even a 3rd playlist's song could have potentially have been shuffled, but the app stopped and decided to see if i wanted to play my iPad's content (whilst I was showering) on my iMac (which is in my office), and the only way i can is allow to continue is to play forward on the wireless speaker.

Have you tried reinstalling the iPad app?
