Shuffle toggle is not going back after i switch to smart recommended shuffle mode

Shuffle toggle is not going back after i switch to smart recommended shuffle mode

  • Usually I use shuffle mode, but when i try to disable it, it goes first to smart shuffle (which is ok) then doesn’t move to stop shuffle mode. I have to restart the app to switch off the smart shuffle mode. Help pls.

Hey @ibadov, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I just tested this on my iPhone 14 Pro, and I do not see this issue being presented. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? Also, you can update your iPhone as the latest version as of (09/16/2023) is 16.6.1. You can do so by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
