Shuffle

Signed up for Spotify premium, gone through all suggested methods, Including unticking cross from green to white on track but still cannot switch off shuffle. Is this because even though I have signed up I am still on the free trial period?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

Also, try in another device to see if that only happens there.

Defrosting logged in and Internet live still no success 😭
