Sinc desktop and phone?

Can you sinc your desktop playlists and phone together?

Once you create a playlist on one device with songs from Spotify it syncs across automatically. As long as the Spotify app is logged into the same account both devices.
However if you have some local songs in the playlist (ones that you imported and are not on Spotify) you can get them to your phone with a different method
