Single Local File Track Won't Sync to Phone

My Question or Issue

I've been at this since I got my new phone a few months ago, but really got around to trying to fix it this week with no luck. there are some albums/tracks I'd sync to my phone by creating a playlist with local files on my pc, including the TOOL catalogue pre upload to spotify and, in my problem scenario, Exmilitary by Death Grips. every single track I'd try to sync from local files are successfully downloaded to my phone, EXCEPT 'Spread Eagle Cross the Block' off of Exmilitary. would anyone happen to know how it could be the exception/be an abnormality? I've tried it all from redownloading the playlist to deleteing it and resyncing local files and all. all help is appreciated ❤️
