Siri plays radio based on song requested, never the actual song

seems to have been since we went from premium to free but whenever I ask Siri to play a song- or let it go it plays “let it go radio” instead. I’ve tried a number of songs, I’ve tried clearing cash’s, reinstalling, new account, restarting phone, turning off auto play. None of it works.

very frustrating when you just want to play one individual song.

my partner does not have this issue and he was on the same family plan we downgraded.

searching manually by text is fine and although it suggests the radio that it’s from- it still plays the song.

Could you send us a link to that song and confirm you've tried playing it on both phones via Siri?
And when you say you've tried a number of songs - what gets played instead?

I told Siri to play one song (the song I want), and another one, just there like Kings and Queens by ChinChin, in the same command. She forgot about the second one and played the first one without the radio. Hope this helps!
