My Question or Issue

While in a group session with my girlfriend, trying to play a song/album will skip said song/album and force us into a radio based on the song/album. Trying multiple times does not provide any different results.

By starting a song I actually want to listen to, it will play it for maybe a second before sending us to a radio. We checked to see if it was the queue and it was completely empty. Even after closing the app and opening it again, the problem persists. And when we are thrown into the radio, the songs there play with no issues or interruptions, simply playing the radio.

The only way of fixing this issue is by ending the group session then starting it again. Even then, the chances of it working after that are maybe 50%.

Sorry to hear you're having such an issue with the group sessions.

Can you let us know what devices this is happening on and if it happens only when you start the group session or is it regardless?
