Smartphone offline when in mobile connection

I can't search for or play songs that i have not downloaded on my device when i am not i a wifi connection.

Since I switched my data limit i want to be able to also search and listen to songs that are not on my device but spotify always tells me i am offline.


I could not figure out yet where to adapt it in the configuration. Please help

You may be in Offline mode. To get out of it go to Spotify's settings then go to Playback. The first option is offline, make sure its unchecked and you should be fine.

Hi Mfahrun!

The only thing I can think of is what Cluz said. If that doesn't work, I would take it straight to the Spotify management here.
