Some Songs Won't Play

I have Premium for Family. All songs will play for me no matter what. However, the people in my family (one uses both desktop and iPhone, the other just iPhone) have songs that just won't play. They are random songs in random albums that just won't play. The bar doesn't appear, the time doesn't apper, and there is no sound whatsoever. The app is just stuck on that song and will not do anything unless you pick another song and hope that that song will work. I don't understand why this is happening because I, as the owner of the family plan, don't experience any of these problems but the others in the family do. They have all tried reinstalling the app multiple times but to no avail. I would really like to know what the problem is because these are not enjoyable experiences.
