Some offline tracks not working

Some offline tracks not working

I have several offline tracks that no longer work. There is a green arrow next to them but when I try and play them they do not play. I shouldn't have to re-download stuff once a week to get it to work. What am I missing here?

Unfortunately, if a track becomes corrupted for whatever reason in your cache, the only way to clean it out and force the iOS application to redownload the content is by reinstalling the app (which I know is a massive pain).

Getting issues once a week seems like a lot though. Are you synching via mobile network or WiFi?

So once a week I have to re-download hundreds of songs? That is unsat. I am using wifi. The songs couldn't have become corrupted, they were just working 2 or 3 days ago.

Okay this app must be junk. I re-downloaded the songs on my Mac and then synced to my iPhone. The result? The same thing! The songs play on my Mac and won't play on my iPhone anymore. This was just working 2 days ago.

Are any of the tracks you are having issues with stored as local files on your Mac at all?

Some are and some are in playlists stored on Mac.
