Song only plays for 10 seconds

Hi my Spotify hasn't been working for the past 3 months. Every time I try to listen to music it'll play for 10 seconds and then stop. I'm on an iPhone 5s. I'm running the latest iOS and Spotify (as of now). I've tried everything but it still won't work. This problem happens when I'm using cellular data and when involved connected to WiFi. I'm beginning to think it's my phone but I don't know. Thank you in advance for any help.

I don't understand, does the first song you choose to play only play for 10 seconds or all of them? Whether you are using data or WiFi?

Try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall the app. If neither of those work also try turning your phone off completely, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on. The same thing has happened to me a couple times too, I have an iphone 6s, so I'm pretty sure it's not your phone. I hope this helps 🙂
